Joe Kennedy, owner and founder of Vinings Realty Group, isn’t your typical real estate broker. He has worked in the real estate industry for over four decades and recognized the need for more highly-skilled real estate professionals in the industry early on. He saw that additional skills training and professional continuing education courses were needed due to the ever- increasing complexities of real estate transactions.
In response to this observation, he actually marketed the nation’s first computer-based training program, as well as –in cooperation with the Atlanta Board of REALTORS Educational Foundation — authored and developed the second such computer-based training system, known as the ProStar pre-license salesperson training system.

Prior to putting his expertise and talents to work in the real estate industry, Randy worked as a sales and customer service professional for over two decades. It’s worth noting that he held leadership positions with national and international insurance companies, in which he managed several accounts, each worth several million dollars. This experience helped him develop outstanding negotiation skills, competency, and diplomacy — as well as expertise in market and data analysis.
A natural problem solver, Randy has amassed a large diverse network of professionals who stand ready to help create solutions in the face of any unforeseen issues that may pop up.
